How do I reactivate my SIM when I return to my country?

Depending on your phone model, you can check it as follows:

iOS

  • Go to Settings.
  • Press Cellular.
  • Select the Free Roaming eSIM and press Delete eSIM.
  • Enter your local eSIM and activate it again. Otherwise, insert your usual SIM card.

Android

  • Go to Settings.
  • Press Connections.
  • Then go to SIM Card Manager.
  • Select the Free Roaming eSIM and press Delete eSIM.
  • Enter your local eSIM and activate it again. Otherwise, insert your usual SIM card.

Google Pixel

  • Go to Settings.
  • Press Network and Internet.
  • Select your Free Roaming eSIM and press Delete.
  • Enter your local eSIM and activate it again. Otherwise, insert your usual SIM card.

Huawei

  • Go to Settings > Mobile Networks.
  • Select SIM 2 from the SIM Management options.
  • Press Delete eSIM.
  • Enter your local eSIM and activate it again. Otherwise, insert your usual SIM card.

Other Devices

  • Go to Settings > Mobile Data.
  • Select the Free Roaming eSIM.
  • Press Delete eSIM.
  • Enter your local eSIM and activate it again. Otherwise, insert your usual SIM card.
