Is the Motorola Edge eSIM compatible?
Currently, the Motorola Edge and the Edge 30 Ultra, Fusion, and Neo models do not support eSIM.
However, if you’re looking for a compatible Motorola device, you’re in luck: the Edge+ versions, Edge 40 Pro, Edge 40 Neo, Edge 2024, and the entire Edge 50 series (Pro, Ultra, Fusion) are fully compatible with Free Roaming eSIM.

You can check if your Motorola supports eSIM right from your device by reviewing the phone’s settings or dialing *#06# to confirm in seconds.
To check Motorola Edge eSIM compatibility from the settings:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network > If you see the Add eSIM option, it means your Motorola is eSIM compatible.
To check Motorola Edge eSIM compatibility by dialing *#06#:
- Go to the Phone app > Tap on the keypad > Dial *#06# > If you see the EID code, your Motorola phone is compatible with eSIM.

What if you already have a Free Roaming eSIM and your device isn’t compatible?
- You can use your eSIM on another compatible and unlocked device.
- Save your eSIM for your next trip, it doesn’t expire and can be used later on any eSIM compatible phone.
