Requesting a refund doesn’t have to be a hassle. With Free Roaming, it only takes a few clicks, just reach out via email, chat, or WhatsApp. We believe in being clear and fair, which is why our policies are designed to meet your needs.
In this article, we’ll walk you through the process step by step and answer all those lingering questions.
Important info before requesting a Free Roaming refund:
- If your mobile device is not compatible, is locked, or your trip was canceled, you can use the eSIM on a compatible device or save it for a future trip to the same destination.
- Review Free Roaming’s refund policy to submit your request with complete confidence.
- You have up to 6 months from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- If you’re experiencing connectivity issues, follow our setup guides for iOS and Android. If the problem continues, contact support before requesting a refund.
Submitting your Free Roaming’s refund request:
- Clearly explain the issue and provide the necessary evidence to support your refund request.
- If your device isn’t compatible, include a screenshot showing the missing eSIM option.
- If your device is locked, attach proof of the lock status.
- Once you’ve submitted your Free Roaming refund ticket, please note that you won’t receive an immediate response. The refunds department will contact you via the email you provided within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Keep in mind that submitting a refund ticket does not guarantee approval, it simply initiates the review process.

- Remember that the refund will be issued to the same account used for the original purchase.
- The refund may be full or partial, depending on the usage of the eSIM. You’ll receive this information within the estimated 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

- Check your spam folder, as the response may have ended up there.
