We are Free Roaming

From day one, we crossed off the stuff that annoys people most: sneaky asterisks, fine print buried on page seven, and support that only knows how to say “we’re looking into your case.”

We believe no one should start a trip searching for signal instead of enjoying the destination. That’s why we do this the way we’d do it for ourselves, just activate, connect, and go.

This isn’t a slogan. It’s our daily reminder of how we want to do things, to stay true to why we started, and to make sure you know exactly who you’re traveling with.

Our Principles

Transparency

In a world where surprise fees are the norm, we keep things simple. What you see is what you get, with no tricks or fine print. Trust is earned by being clear from the start.

Loyalty

For us, fairness is simple: we take care of those who are already with us first. We don’t believe in bait offers for new customers while loyal ones pay more. Loyalty should be rewarded, not punished.

Commitment

There are a thousand better things to do on a trip than arguing with your carrier over a roaming bill. Explore, enjoy, and forget the hassle. We’ll make sure you stay connected.

Our Story

What makes us unique?

(Spoiler: it’s not a “team committed to excellence”)

We built it for ourselves, then for everyone else.

We weren’t telecom experts, we were travelers tired of overpaying and not understanding a thing.

That’s why Free Roaming didn’t start as a business idea, but as a homegrown solution that kept growing.

We’re not here to impress you, we just want you to connect and get on with your trip. Because in the end, no one remembers the SIM. Everyone remembers the journey.

We’re here if something goes wrong, and even if it doesn’t.

No robots, no tickets. If you message us, someone replies in under 2 minutes, and if you don’t, even better. It means everything’s working just like it should.

Always improving

We’re not satisfied with “it works,” we want it to work even better.

That’s why we keep improving the eSIM, adding more destinations, and making the connection faster, more stable, more ours.

It’s not obsession, it’s respect for the people who travel with us.

We don’t leave a footprint, at least not the bad kind.

Trips are meant to leave memories, not waste. That’s why we ditched the plastic, the lost cards, and everything that doesn’t add to a good story.

Switching to eSIM wasn’t a strategy, it was common sense. There’s no worse souvenir than a broken SIM rattling around in your backpack.
