Refund Policy

You have full flexibility with us. At Free Roaming, we adapt to changes in your travel plans. Purchase your eSIM, and if your travel plans change, you have up to 6 months to apply for a refund.
Types of Refunds
1. Refund for cancellation of the service
If your plans have changed and you no longer need your Free Roaming eSIM, we will issue a full refund.
Requirements for a full refund:
- Purchased the eSIM on the Free Roaming website.
- The eSIM has not been activated or used. If the eSIM has been activated or used, we will review your case to provide the best solution.
- No more than 6 months have passed since the purchase date.
2. Refund for incompatible or blocked device
If you purchased the eSIM and it turns out to be incompatible with your device, we will issue a full refund.
Requirements for a full refund:
- You must not have scanned the QR code.
- You must not have used any data from the plan.
- No more than 6 months should have passed since the purchase date.
- You need to provide a screenshot and the necessary information to verify the incompatibility or blocking.
3. Refund for connectivity issues
If your eSIM doesn’t work due to an issue with Free Roaming or the destination country’s network is unstable, we can offer you a partial or full refund.
Before requesting a refund:
- Please contact our customer support team at help@freeroaming.io or via our chat to report the connection issue.
- Remember that we cannot guarantee a refund if you contact us after your trip.
- No more than 6 months should have passed since the purchase date.
- Please note that depending on the case, a partial or full refund (with a $3.50 USD fee) may be issued based on the data from the plan you have used.
