Once you’ve used the eSIM and the data plan has ended, you might decide to remove it from your phone. Keep in mind that removing the eSIM from your iPhone does not end the contract or data plan; it simply removes the profile installed on your device.
Make sure you really need to delete the eSIM profile. If you’re sure you want to proceed, follow these steps to delete your eSIM:
- Go to Settings > Cellular.
- Select the data plan you want to remove.
- Delete the plan by selecting the “Delete eSIM” option.
