My QR doesn’t work, what should I do?

  1. Phone compatibility: Make sure your phone is compatible with eSIM. If you’re unsure, check our updated list of compatible devices. Also, verify that your device is unlocked. If your phone isn’t compatible, contact us to find a solution.
  2. Correct scanning: Ensure you’re scanning the QR code from your phone’s eSIM settings menu, not from the regular camera app.
  3. WiFi connection: You need to be connected to a WiFi network to install the eSIM properly. We recommend doing the installation in a place with a stable connection, like your home, before traveling.
  4. Manual installation: If the QR code doesn’t scan correctly, try setting up the eSIM manually using the reference number we provided along with the QR code. On your phone, select “Enter Details Manually” and input the provided details.
  5. Scan verification: Remember that an eSIM QR code can only be scanned once. If you receive an error message stating the data plan cannot be added, check your phone’s settings to see if the eSIM is already installed.
